Good evening! Today I wore a pink lace bodysuit from Express. I am a huge fan of pink and lace! Both features are ultra feminine and pretty! The benefit of wearing a bodysuit as opposed to a regular top is that it always remains close to the body and will never come untucked. Deciding on what bra to wear can be a little tricky. I personally do not like bra straps showing (with the exception of bralettes). If you're like me, you may want to try a strapless bra, pedals, or just going without. I wore a pair of light wash jean shorts by Guess. Along with the outfit I wore a triple layered necklace from Banana Republic. The sunglasses are from American Eagle. I'm just crazy about their classic, cat-eye shape! I kept the shoes simple with a pair of white flip flops from Aldo. Thanks for tuning in and goodnight!

Hello :) Today I wore a floral dress that is predominately brown with touches of blue and different shades of orange. It has some frill details around the neckline, straps, and the bottom. There are a few buttons below the neckline. It's a mid length dress with more of a flowy fit. The dress is by Funky People (that name cracks me up). I'm unsure if this brand is sold in any mainstream retail stores as I found this piece in a little, independent boutique. I paired this dress with some brown, chunky-heel sandals by Steve Madden. Tip! A chunky heel tends to give more support and are much easier to walk in than a traditional high heel. So, if you're uncomfortable walking in regular heels, try a chunky heel or wedge! Hello! I hope I'm finding you well! Today was a comfy and cute kinda day! I wore a white and grey dress from Express with white, slip-on sneakers from the one and only Converse. The dress has ruching on one side towards the bottom creating an interesting, asymmetrical line. It kept me nice and cool on this scorcher of a day and is just all around comfortable! Happy Friday everyone! :)

Ciao everyone! So as I mentioned before, summertime is perfect for floral dresses. They are so beautiful and so much fun! However, don't feel that you can't go dark in the summer. The little black dress (LBD) is ALWAYS in! All year round! Black is classic, flattering, and timeless. Today, I am wearing a belted black dress that I purchased from Dillard's. The brand name is I.N. San Francisco which is a brand found in the Junior's department. The shoes that I am wearing are classic, black suede heels by Nine West. My earrings are from White House Black Market and seem to have been inspired by CHANEL. Just remember, you can never go wrong with black! Have a great day everyone!

Hello everyone! I am new to blogging so you don't know me very well yet, but I am a huge movie buff. I especially love classic films! Sadly, most people don't take the time to explore films of the past. So, I hope that I'm able to introduce to you some oldies but goodies! Just last night I watched 'It Started with a Kiss' starring Debbie Reynolds and Glenn Ford which was released in 1959. I would highly recommend this one! It was so funny and absolutely adorable! It tells the story of Joe and Maggie who impulsively marry, because they fall deeply in love after sharing their first kiss. Her dream had always been to marry a wealthy man who would provide her with beautiful things and a life of luxury. However, her husband is a sergeant in the Air Force, and she is discontent with this. They go to Spain for his work and must learn more about each other and discover if their marriage and love for one another is real. Also I must say the 1950s fashion is stunning! I hope

A few days ago, I posted about my excitement for summer fashion. Well, it's official! Summer is upon us, and this is one of my first looks! This dress is from Express, and the shoes are by Steve Madden. Floral dresses = perfect for summer!

This Friday is the first official day of summer! Yaaaay! So exciting! I cannot wait for the beautiful weather that awaits us! Not to mention dressing for summer! Sunshine and summer fashion here we come!
